At Energy Assets, our Contact Centre is different.

We help customers by coordinating essential energy services, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally, efficiently and with care.

You'll join a friendly, supportive team where your contribution is recognised and where there are genuine opportunities to build a long-term career.

What you'll be doing

As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and confidently.
  • Taking ownership of customer enquiries and seeing them through to resolution wherever possible.
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating engineers' diaries to maximise efficiency.
  • Liaising with customers, engineers and internal teams to ensure work is completed safely and on time.
  • Preparing customer documentation, accurately and efficiently.
  • Keeping customers informed throughout their journey with clear, proactive communication.
  • Escalating issues where appropriate and working collaboratively to find solutions.
  • Contributing to team performance while continually developing your own skills and knowledge.

What we're looking for

You'll already have experience delivering excellent customer service in a busy contact centre or customer-facing environment and understand what great service looks like.

We're looking for someone who

  • Remains calm and professional under pressure.
  • Can manage multiple tasks while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • Is confident using several IT systems simultaneously.
  • Takes pride in resolving problems and delivering outstanding service.
  • Works well as part of a team while taking ownership of their own workload.

Experience in utilities, scheduling or field service environments would be an advantage, but it's not essential.

Why join Energy Assets?

We're committed to creating an environment where people enjoy coming to work and can build lasting careers.

We offer

  • Competitive salary – £26,091, increasing to £26,330 following successful completion of probation.
  • Annual performance bonus (subject to eligibility).
  • Monday to Friday working – enjoy your weekends.
  • 30 days' annual leave, increasing with service to 35 days.
  • A friendly, supportive team culture.
  • Comprehensive training and ongoing coaching.
  • Clear career progression opportunities, with many colleagues developing into specialist, planning, scheduling and leadership roles.
