What You’ll Be Doing
Acting as a key liaison point between internal departments for directly contracted customers
- Overseeing Meter Read Requests
- Ensure automated and manual requests are executed accurately and on time with appropriate escalation and follow-up where automated processes fail.
- Monitoring & Validating Data
- Review outstanding requests, escalate issues, and validate meter read accuracy.
- Improving Data Quality
- Assess and enhance VNA (Valid No Access) data to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Managing Urgent & Ad-hoc Requests
- Prioritise time-sensitive customer requests with efficiency and precision.
- Driving Process Improvements
- Identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities to enhance data operations.
