What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing multi‑utility projects across the South East area, ensuring successful delivery in line with budget, safety, and performance targets.
  • Coordinating resources effectively to meet client and asset owner requirements while maximising efficiency.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders, including clients, local authorities, DNOs, iDNOs, Water Authorities, and NAV partners.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry accreditations (WIRS, GIRS, NERS) and regulatory requirements.
  • Leading and supporting operational teams, ensuring best practices in construction, health & safety, and engineering standards.
  • Driving performance through cost control, project audits, risk management, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in project management within the utilities sector (gas, water, electricity).
  • Strong knowledge of CDM regulations, asset adoption processes, and industry standards.
  • Commercial awareness – ability to manage budgets, contracts, and financial targets.
  • Accreditations: NRSWA Supervisor, EUSR SHEA Passport (Gas, Water & Electric).
  • Excellent leadership skills – able to manage teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders effectively.
