Your role in detail
You’ll be given high levels of autonomy in your role and be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining key relationships with connections customers, interacting at all levels to ensure the continued progression of these strategic relationships.
  • Managing customer interactions with Utility Infrastructure Providers (UIPs) and Independent Connection Providers (ICPs) in the asset value and network adoption processes.
  • Ensuring technical, legal, and regulatory compliance is maintained across all projects and initiatives.
  • Promoting, selling, and developing opportunities for all products and services offered by Energy Assets Networks.
  • Maintaining existing relationships and assisting UIPs and ICPs and associated customers.
  • Identifying and delivering new business opportunities, formulating and implementing delivery models in line with the Group’s sales strategy.
  • Implementing and reviewing B2B interactions to ensure effective operation against both internal and external service levels.

What you’ll need

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an account management or business development role, preferably within the utility sector.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet business targets.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with an emphasis on keeping customers updated on project progress and ongoing issues.
  • Must possess a full UK driving license and be willing to travel extensively throughout the UK.
