We are seeking a dedicated and organised Project Support Coordinator to join our team in the UK Industrial and Commercial Gas Metering and Utilities market. This role involves overseeing the full customer journey from sales through to project delivery. The successful candidate will manage client interactions, handle quotations, oversee project management via CRM, coordinate with suppliers and installation providers, and ensure the seamless delivery of all services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and provide client quotes.
  • Maintain ongoing communication and support for customers.
  • Address and resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
  • Create and manage projects within the CRM system.
  • Support project progress.
  • Request and manage supplier quotations.
  • Prepare and place purchase orders with suppliers.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and services from suppliers.
  • Assist the sales team in the preparation of proposals and contracts.
  • Support sales activities and help drive customer engagement.
  • Handle invoicing and ensure timely project completion administration.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all project-related activities.
