We are seeking an accomplished HR Business Partner to join our team in this pivotal role supporting our Technology and Operations division. We are looking for someone eager to make their mark as we continue our rapid expansion journey. In this critical role, you will foster strong relationships across the diverse Technology and Operations teams and support their full range of HR needs. To excel in this position, you will be able to work independently, as well as be capable of planning and prioritising to achieve success. As such you will need to be flexible, adaptable and composed under pressure. You will employ empathy, organisation, and communication skills to foster fantastic relationships with the business area and be seen as a true HR expert.

Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with our Senior Leaders in our Technology and Operations teams to align HR strategies with the broader organisation strategy whilst providing both strategic and operational HR support to leaders across the divisions.
- Focus on organisational effectiveness, leadership capability, driving high performance and employee engagement, and future-proofing the organisation from a talent development perspective.
- Collaborate with leaders and managers to gauge employee and management pulse; manage complex employee relations and their talent needs.
- Coach and develop line managers, building their skills and confidence to successfully lead their people.
- Provide guidance and support in case of workplace crises or conflicts, ensuring they're resolved in a way that safeguards both the organisation and its employees.
- Facilitate and guide the department through organisational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimising disruptions.
- Work closely with Finance and Talent Acquisition to ensure the business has an accurate workforce plan that is up to date.
- Analyse workforce trends and collaborate with hiring managers to anticipate future employment needs.
- Use HR metrics to make data-driven decisions and demonstrate the ROI of HR initiatives.
- Ensure the company is compliant with employment regulations and minimise risks associated with non-compliance.
- Champion key HR domains such as talent management, performance evaluation, employee engagement, compensation strategy, and other HR-driven initiatives.
- Develop and roll out various programs to meet employee needs and drive high levels of employee engagement.
- Advocate for and implement initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the company.
- Act as the go-to HR touchpoint for all employees, elucidating HR strategies, practices, and methodologies.
- Partner with key Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to promote and manage the communication and execution of all employee reward, recognition, appraisals, wellness, retirement, and other discretionary benefits.
- Drive overall recruitment efforts ensuring we consistently attract, nurture, and elevate our talent pool.
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team, ensuring continuous learning and professional growth for our staff.
- Deliver comprehensive HR support throughout the employee lifecycle, while also contributing to broader HR projects.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Substantial experience operating as a Global HRBP preferably in a rapidly growing SME.
- Proven desire and ability to improve processes, build relationships, and help the business constantly improve.
- Expertise in people/HR policies & procedures - and a track record of prioritising, defining, developing, and rolling out scalable HR solutions.
- Fully developed coaching, conflict management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities.
- Reputation for integrity, dedicated work ethic, and desire for ownership & accountability.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced and high-growth environment; Technology experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience with data and analytics and working with technical teams.
- Deep understanding of Global employment laws, customs, and practices.
