In this brand new role, you will plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns, and have a proven track record in driving lead growth and utilising data‑driven insights to optimise channel performance. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi‑touch, multi‑channel, integrated campaigns focused on lead generation and nurture across key jurisdictions and products.
- Manage the end‑to‑end campaign process, including planning, execution, monitoring and optimisation of various paid/unpaid/earned channels including website, email, social media, content marketing, paid advertising and events/webinars.
- Identify target audiences and tailor campaign plans to reach and engage them.
- Effectively utilise marketing automation to build nurture programs and scale demand generation efforts.
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Manage and support the execution of in‑person events, including communications and logistics.
- Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics and KPIs such as leads, conversions and revenue.
- Provide regular updates to Head of Demand Generation on campaign performance.
- Prepare reports on campaign outcomes, insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Utilise data‑driven insights to refine and optimise future campaigns for maximum impact.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies and tactics.
- Leverage marketing technology tools, platforms and AI to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing technologies and trends to drive innovation.
- Effectively utilise marketing automation systems to streamline campaign processes.
- Strive to follow and implement best practices, and reinvest in marketing tactics and channels that deliver results.
- Work closely with the global sales and account management teams to ensure alignment on lead generation, lead follow‑up and lead nurturing processes.
- Collaborate with other marketing functions (e.g. events, brand) to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing strategy.
- Communicate campaign plans, progress and results to key commercial stakeholders.
- Build key relationships across Sales and Marketing, Research, Content, Tech and Design.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation or growth marketing.
- Strong lead/demand generation experience, with excellent skills in digital marketing and automation.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software, such as Salesforce and Pardot.
- Proven track record delivering campaigns targeting new logo acquisition, cross‑sell and upsell.
- Strong experience planning and executing account‑based marketing initiatives.
- Excellent understanding of content marketing, social media, PPC and other digital marketing channels.
- A deep understanding of the customer journey and the ability to drive the delivery of personalised and targeted campaigns that address the specific needs and pain points of different customer segments.
- Strong analytical skills with experience analysing data and making data‑driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects, and work cross‑functionally with various teams across regions.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and high‑growth environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
