A global nonprofit organization seeks an Employee Relations Consultant to enhance their ER training capacity and improve existing ER processes. This consultant will design training materials, evaluate workflows, and support the onboarding of the Global Employee Relations Advisor.

With a focus on training curriculum development and process improvements, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Employee Relations and strong facilitation skills. This position is home-based and reports to the Interim ER Senior Director.
