The predicted salary is between 20000 - 30000 £ per year.

This 12-month internship role (starting in July 2026) will be supporting the Commercial team in the High Wycombe office with the day to day activities of account management.

The role provides an opportunity for the eligible individual to gain relevant experience within the corporate work environment, whilst being involved in an extensive range of activities in the commercial world to prepare to enter any fast-paced workplace.

During this internship, the successful candidate will plan and execute initiatives to help to improve our category share, return on investment and retailer relationships

Responsibilities

  • Sales and promotional data tracking for multiple retailers, whilst analysing and communicating variances in performance with recommendations.
  • Assisting with range reviews for batteries, flashlights, and autocare ranges - working up the commercial viability, creating proposals and presenting to retailers.
  • Supporting with the day to day running of account management - sharing product data and content, organising displays for promotions, briefing artwork for in store activations, communicating retailer updates internally.
  • Working on internal projects such as culture improvement & charity fundraising.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings and participate in other department team meetings.
  • Coordinating plans with cross functional teams- retailer updates from the category team, artwork and imagery from the marketing team, forecasting stock with the supply team.
  • May perform other tasks as assigned
  • What we are looking for
  • Successful completion of second year undergraduate studies at a college or university, in Business Management or related fields.
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to collaborate, multi-task and problem solve.
  • Excellent communication with a customer focus whilst delivering high quality outcomes.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft office software - Power Point, excel, word. Further training will be given on the job.
  • Internship will run for one year as a full week role with hybrid working- will need to attend the High Wycombe office 2/3 days a week, and work from home for the rest.
