The Sr. Analyst, Supply Chain Analytics is a critical member of the Global Product Supply organization. The role provides analytic support, creating complex models to identify and support efficiency improvements that achieve Energizer’s operational and financial objectives. You will develop and apply descriptive, predictive, diagnostic, and prescriptive analytics products by blending data to outputs such as dashboards/BI reports, scorecards, and visualizations. Combining experience in business analytics, statistics, and supply chain, s/he will support the team by identifying analytics problems that can be solved by statistical analysis, data storytelling, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Uses knowledge of business objectives, strategies, and needs to identify opportunities where data can be leveraged to achieve desired business benefits.
  • Develops, maintains, and manages data visualization dashboards, reports, and tools used across the department using different systems (including Power BI).
  • Assists leaders and key partners in driving results for large, data‑driven projects across the department.
  • Understands current data context, processes, availability, and how existing data can be leveraged to achieve desired benefits.
  • Combines data and business knowledge to advise on additional areas of focus for improvement across the organization.
  • Accesses and aggregates large raw data sets from multiple internal and external sources and transforms them into meaningful analysis, actionable business insights, and practical information for decision‑making.
  • Gives stakeholders confidence through accountability and ownership of projects and opportunities.
  • Communicates complex information so that it is easy to understand and influences others to act based on decisive information provided.

  • 3+ years’ experience in an analytics or supply‑chain role with significant exposure to supply‑chain operations and a proven track record in building and deploying statistical analysis to drive business value (e.g., finance, supply chain).
  • Understanding of advanced analytic techniques and concepts.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, look‑ups), PowerPoint, and data mapping.
  • Experience blending data with SQL or Python and providing actionable insights through Power BI.
