Position Summary

Hybrid working based in High Wycombe, with office attendance on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Located just 1 minute walk from High Wycombe train station.You will be the day-to-day engine translating Energizer's global brand vision into high-impact local execution across the UK market. Reporting directly to the Cluster Marketing Lead, you will drive the localised deployment of global brand frameworks, manage day-to-day A&P tracking, collaborate with integrated agency partners, and support local market share growth. Partnering closely with Sales, Category Development, Finance, and Supply Chain, you will ensure our local marketing plans deliver business objectives in line with global strategy.

Responsibilities

Universal Accountabilities

  • Provides input to strategy development and the annual marketing planning cycle to support business objectives in line with global direction.
  • Leads the day-to-day management of the product portfolio and associated execution activities in partnership with the Senior Manager.
  • Leads consumer activation plans in partnership with Global Marketing.
  • Coordinates and executes local marketing plans to deliver business objectives in line with global strategy.

Specific Accountabilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of UK consumers, shoppers, customers, competitors, and market dynamics.
  • Coordinate and execute integrated media campaigns and partnerships across multiple channels.
  • Manage agency partners across media, PR, social, creative, and events.
  • Partner with Sales and Category teams to develop retailer activation plans and customer presentations.
  • Leverage central visibility and communication assets while developing sales tools and materials to support retail activation across online and in-store channels.
  • Lead the execution of product launches, renovations and innovation commercialisation.
  • Lead cross-functional projects involving Commercial, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Finance, and Category teams.
  • Represent Marketing in cross-functional forums, leading relevant projects, initiatives, and business updates as required.
  • Monitor performance and recommend actions to maximise growth and ROI.
  • Manage marketing budgets and project timelines.

What we are looking for

Required Skills and Experience

  • FMCG Brand Experience: Significant experience working within a brand management, digital marketing, or commercial activation function inside an FMCG organisation.
  • Data Proficiency: Experience leveraging syndicated market data platforms (Nielsen, Kantar, or IRI) to monitor brand performance and unlock commercial opportunities.
  • Commercial Acumen: Practical experience managing marketing budgets, tracking project spending, and evaluating campaign performance metrics.
  • Agency Collaboration: Experience working with external agencies (media, digital, or PR) to execute integrated marketing communication campaigns.
  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related commercial discipline.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience working in a matrix, international organisation.
  • Experience managing multiple agencies, including media, creative, PR, social and events.
  • Demonstrated customer focus, critical thinking, and results orientation.
