A global technology and engineering company is seeking a Senior SAP SCM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP CS, SD, and PM. The role focuses on customer service processes within an international S/4HANA transformation program.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and support business process owners in Customer Service operations
- Design and implement SAP CS processes with integration into SAP SD and PM
- Contribute to a global SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative
- Perform application customization, functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
- Create IT concepts and specifications for development teams
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and testing teams
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer to international colleagues
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Extensive SAP consulting experience, particularly in SAP CS
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD and SAP PM integrations
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Knowledge of S/4HANA Service or SAP Field Service Management is advantageous
- Strong analytical, process-oriented, and communication skills
- Fluent German and English
