Talent Partner to work closely with our leadership team, leading talent acquisition across the UK and providing support to our expanding teams in Spain and the US.

You’ll play a critical role in building strong talent pipelines, delivering exceptional candidate experiences and partnering with leaders to help achieve our strategic growth plans.

What You’ll Be Doing?

  • Talent Attraction & Direct Sourcing
  • Develop and execute targeted talent attraction strategies to engage ambitious, motivated individuals at all levels, from emerging recruitment talent to experienced professionals seeking their next career opportunity within the Group.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Use Linked In Recruiter, referrals, networking and direct headhunting to identify and engage exceptional talent.
  • Promote Energize Group as an employer of choice within the recruitment sector.
  • Stakeholder Partnership
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring plans and workforce requirements.
  • Provide market insight, talent intelligence and recruitment recommendations to support hiring decisions.
  • Act as a trusted recruitment partner throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Candidate Experience
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial engagement through to onboarding.
  • Conduct video interviews and assess candidates against role requirements, performance expectations and our values.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain clear, regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience that reflects the Energize culture and Values
  • Recruitment Operations
  • Manage recruitment administration, offer processes, onboarding coordination and hiring data.
  • Track recruitment activity and report progress against hiring plans and key recruitment metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve hiring processes, candidate experience, quality of hire and time to hire.
  • Employer Brand & Growth Projects
  • Support talent attraction campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
  • Contribute to social media and recruitment marketing activities.
  • Support projects that improve recruitment performance, candidate quality and hiring outcomes across the Group.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, Internal Recruitment, Talent Partnering or Recruitment Delivery.
  • Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability.
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to influence at all levels.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and accurate recruitment administration.
  • Experience recruiting within staffing, sales or professional services sectors would be advantageous.
