Energize Group is expanding our Robotics USA division, and we’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to help lead our growth across Software, Hardware, Mechanical, Electrical & Design Engineering — covering cutting-edge areas like Humanoid, Surgical Robotics, and Autonomous Vehicles.
You’ll be joining a record-breaking team that’s already achieved exceptional billings in 2024, with major investment and growth plans set for 2025 and beyond.
What you’ll do:- Win new business and develop long-term partnerships across the Robotics industry.
- Recruit top talent across Software, Hardware, Product & Technician roles.
- Collaborate with our US teams to expand market share in a booming sector.
- Consistently deliver against billing targets and KPIs.

- 1+ years of 360 recruitment experience, ideally within Technology, Engineering, or Robotics.
