About the role

As an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant at Energize Group, you’ll learn how to build a commercial desk from the ground up — combining sales, consulting, relationship‑building, and market expertise within the technology sector.

This is a high‑performance, business‑focused role where you’ll have ownership from day one.

You will:

• Generate new business opportunities while building and managing long‑term client relationships
• Run full end‑to‑end recruitment processes — from sourcing and qualifying talent to managing offers
• Become a specialist in the SAP recruitment market, working with clients across Europe and the US
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and learn how to lead high‑impact conversations with confidence
• Shape your own desk, pipeline, and success story in a truly international environment
