Azure Virtual Desktop Architect
We're partnering with a leading cloud consultancy looking for an experienced Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Architect to design and deliver enterprise-scale Azure and Digital Workplace solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead AVD and Azure architecture engagements for enterprise clients
- Design secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions
- Run discovery workshops and define technical roadmaps
- Advise senior stakeholders and technical teams
- Support projects from strategy through to implementation
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years Azure architecture experience
- 3+ years Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) experience
- Strong skills in Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory, FSLogix, Networking, and Security
- Experience migrating from Citrix, VMware Horizon, RDS, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of Terraform, Bicep, or ARM
- Azure Architect certifications highly desirable
