What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support the operations team, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepared.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, including tracking operational metrics and generating reports as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for internal and external communications, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Liaise with various departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees by coordinating training sessions and preparing necessary materials.
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and equipment, placing orders as required to maintain adequate stock.
- Implement and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy access to information.
- Assist in the development and improvement of operational processes, identifying areas for increased efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role, ideally within the energy sector or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and familiarity with database management systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
