Job Description

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an approved electrician to join our team. This is a hands on role, at various sites mainly Scotland ,occasionally England and Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems. This role requires a commitment to safety and quality workmanship, ensuring that all electrical installations and repairs are completed to the highest standards.

Duties

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in mainly, commercial, or industrial setting with limited work in residential properties
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to determine the layout of electrical systems.
  • Be proficient with EICR testing
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and building codes.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, ensuring they are used safely and responsibly.

Experience

  • Proven experience as an Electrician is essential preferred 2391-52 qualified
  • Must have previous electrical experience in , commercial, or industrial environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this position.
  • A valid electrician's qualification 18th edition BS7671, inspection and testing 2391-52
