As part of our trusted metering contracts, including partnerships with leading energy providers, you’ll play a crucial role in exchanging and maintaining gas and electric meters. What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out Smart Meter installations and exchanges at domestic properties.
- Providing energy efficiency advice to customers, explaining how SMART meters and IHD solutions work, and highlighting their benefits.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and representing our company values.
- Managing van stock levels and/or utilising ‘By Box’ facilities efficiently.
- Ensuring all work records and compliance documents are correctly completed and submitted daily.
- Collaborating with the Smart Meter Operations Manager to achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly targets.
- Working in a field‑based role, traveling within the London area.
