We’re Hiring Dual Fuel Engineers. Energise Energy is excited to announce that we are once again recruiting Dual Fuel Engineers to join our team for 2025! As part of our trusted metering contracts, including partnerships with leading energy providers, you’ll play a crucial role in exchanging and maintaining gas and electric meters.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out Smart Meter installations and exchanges at domestic properties.
- Providing energy efficiency advice to customers, explaining how SMART meters and IHD solutions work, and highlighting their benefits.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and representing our company values.
- Managing van stock levels and/or utilising ‘By Box’ facilities efficiently.
- Ensuring all work records and compliance documents are correctly completed and submitted daily.
- Collaborating with the Smart Meter Operations Manager to achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly targets.
- Working in a field-based role, traveling within the London area.

- Safety-conscious and detail-oriented, ensuring all installations meet compliance standards.
What’s in It for You?
Salary Package 1: £37,500-£42,500 (depending on area and skill set) and a monthly compliance/completion/customer satisfaction monthly bonus up to a £300 or Salary Package 2: Basic £33,500 and London £35,000 Plus install bonus paid from first install! (more information available on request) and a monthly compliance bonus up to £100.
30 days holiday allowance (including bank holidays) + additional days for each year of service (up to 33 days).
Company pension scheme.
Fully equipped company vehicle, uniform, phone, tools, and training provided.
Role Requirements
- Previous experience in a Smart Meter/ Dual Fuel Engineer role (2 Years)
- Hold a current CCN1/CMA1/CMA3/MET1 qualification.
- Have current MOCOPA accreditation or equivalent.
- Hold a valid EUSR card.
- Hold a full, valid and up to date UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Possess good IT skills - work will be delivered via a handheld terminal (HHT)
- Be willing to complete the necessary training to become compliant with our standards, policies & procedures.
- Standby and out of hours cover as part of a rota.
