Role
The Office Administrator ensures the smooth, efficient, and professional running of day‑to‑day office operations. This role supports staff, maintains administrative systems, and acts as a central point of coordination across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and room bookings.
Office Operations
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy, safe, and well‑organised.
- Support onboarding of new staff (desk setup, access, documentation).
Finance & HR Support
- Process PO's and expenses.
- Onboard new suppliers and sub‑contractors and liaise with central finance team.
- Maintain staff records and support HR admin tasks.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
- Coordinate internal communications and circulate updates.
- Support event planning (meetings, training sessions, team events).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency with office software (Microsoft 365, emails, Excel).

Experience & Qualifications
