Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their Residential Conveyancing team. The Role As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your legal career within a supportive, professional, and client-focused environment. Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions. Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors. Ensuring all transactions comply with regulatory and internal standards. Providing high-quality legal advice and maintaining excellent client service. Requirements: Recently qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland (NQ to 1 year PQE).
