A busy law firm wishes to recruit an experienced legal secretary for their prestigious office in Lisburn. Flexibility on hours for the right candidate.

Main Duties are as follows:

  • Audio typing of legal documents
  • To make appointments, arrange meetings and to maintain an up-to-date diary for his/her fee earner if requested
  • Dealing with clients directly and indirectly

The suitable candidate will have the following:

  • Audio and PA skills
  • Litigation secretarial experience essential
