The successful Quality Engineer will collaborate closely with both production and engineering teams to ensure all products meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure all products meet industry standards and customer requirements.
- Oversee and conduct inspections and testing of components to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Identify, document, and manage non-conformances, working closely with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department, focusing on enhancing product quality, process efficiency, and reducing waste.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including inspection reports, quality records, and audit findings.
