Our client is an established family practice and has developed into a leading practice providing services to insurance companies, businesses and individuals, with offices in Belfast, Dublin and London. As part of their ongoing growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Secretary to join their team.

The successful applicant will provide essential support to fee earners, assisting with a wide range of legal matters. This role involves preparing legal documents, managing case files, conducting research, and acting as a liaison with clients, while also handling general administrative duties for the fee earner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and draft a variety of legal documents.
  • Navigate land web and deal with post-completion registrations.
  • Organise, manage, and maintain case files for easy access and reference.
