Civil Litigation Solicitor, Belfast, £Neg. Our client is a successful, leading global provider of integrated legal and business services. They wish to recruit a litigation solicitor for their office in Belfast City Centre. All levels of PQE considered. Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of litigation matters, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court proceedings. Assess the merits of cases and provide legal advice to clients based on their individual circumstances. Prepare legal documents, such as statements of claim, affidavits, and pleadings. Negotiate settlements and represent clients in alternative dispute resolution processes, such as mediation or arbitration. Attend court hearings and advocate on behalf of clients. Conduct legal research to support legal arguments and stay up to date with changes in legislation and case law. Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective litigation strategies and provide the highest level of service to clients. Qualifications: Must be NI qualified with a strong desire to qualify in Ireland too. Proven experience as a Litigation Solicitor, with a track record of success in civil litigation. Strong understanding of legal principles, procedures, and regulations related to civil litigation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Ability to manage a caseload and work independently, while also collaborating effectively with colleagues. Strong research and analytical skills. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Professional demeanour and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.
