This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in residential developments to join a progressive business where technical excellence, collaboration and innovation are at the heart of everything they do.
As part of their continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Principal Electrical Engineer to provide technical leadership across key residential schemes, oversee project delivery and play an integral role in developing both client relationships and the engineering team.
As Principal Electrical Engineer, you will take ownership of the electrical design and successful delivery of residential and mixed-use developments from concept through to completion.
Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest technical standards while supporting the development of less experienced engineers.
Essential Criteria Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
Minimum of 78 years' experience within a building services consultancy environment.
Demonstrable experience delivering large-scale residential developments, ideally within the London market.
Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations, British Standards and current industry best practice.
Proven ability to lead project teams and successfully manage client relationships.
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Flexible to attend client meetings approximately once or twice per month.
