Document Controller / Administrator Energis is currently recruiting for a Document Controller for our Co Antrim based client who operates in the construction sector.

The successful Document Controller will manage quality documentation, key information/documentation, including O&M files for a range of high profile European projects.

This role is suitable for someone who has a keen eye for detail and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

Applications are welcome from strong administrators with experience in the engineering / constructions sectors.

Relevant product training will be given.

Key

Responsibilities: Plan and set up project documentation effectively.

Monitor design team documents and drawing portal.

Collation of information from site teams; support site team with general project administration.

Organise and maintain documents in a systematic manner, ensure all documents are up to date and stored securely.

Monitor document changes and revisions.

Assist in the retrieval of documents as needed.

Development of QC docs.

Assisting with ISO 9001.

Assist with administration for production.

Completion of O&M manuals.

Experience / Qualifications: Previous experience in an Administration / Support role.

Previous experience in document management, ideally with electronic document management systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Experience working within the construction / engineering or related sectors Experience working on European projects would be beneficial Salary £28-32k plus an excellent benefits package including bonus, healthcare and an early Friday finish.
