Sales Manager Northern Ireland & Dublin Region County Down | £40,000£45,000 + Car + Commission + Benefits On behalf of our manufacturing client based in County Down, Energis is recruiting a Sales Manager to develop and grow business across Northern Ireland and the Dublin region.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven individual with a technical sales background to join a well-established manufacturer.
You will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to deliver the best solutions for customers.
Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth by developing a thorough understanding of customers' technical requirements and providing tailored solutions.
Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Work closely with Engineering, Production and Procurement teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product development and business growth.
Provide technical advice and product support to customers and internal colleagues where required.
Essential Criteria A minimum of two years' experience in a technical sales / business development role, ideally within manufacturing, engineering or the food industry.
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
A proven track record of developing customer relationships and delivering sales growth.
Self-motivated, commercially focused and able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a wider team.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory.
Package Salary in the region of £40,000£45,000, depending on experience.
Company vehicle Uncapped commission structure.
