Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to grow sales revenue. Proactively generate new business opportunities through market research, networking and industry engagement. Maintain and update customer records and sales activity within the company database. Develop pricing strategies and negotiate commercial agreements to secure profitable business. Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are delivered successfully. Previous sales experience within an engineering, industrial or technical environment. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish credibility and trust with customers. Self-motivated, enthusiastic and driven to achieve sales targets. Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Full UK driving licence.
