At David Weir Leisure Centre, Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self‑motivated individual to take on this role and is ready to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week. This role would suit an experienced manager looking for a new challenge or someone wanting progression. It is vital that candidates must be target driven with high customer service standards.
Responsibilities- Be passionate and determined to drive forward new business, to exceed sales and revenue targets whilst delivering a high standard of customer service and retention.
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities and strong management skills to maximise the overall profitability of the centre.
- Manage their time and ensure deadlines are met for reporting and projects.
- Manage health, safety and quality standards within their centre and has IT experience.
- Create a fun and friendly environment in which you are a role model of professionalism, honesty and integrity as you interact with your team and centre members whilst embracing our company values.
- National Pool Lifeguard, First Aid at Work & Pool Plant Operators qualifications are desirable. Training will be given and you will be expected to achieve this in an agreed timescale as required.
- Day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays.
