Energie Fitness Acton is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic apprentice to join its team as a Personal Trainer. This is an opportunity to gain industry-recognised training while developing practical experience working in a busy fitness environment.

Energie Fitness Acton is a locally owned community gym in Acton, London, providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for people at all stages of their fitness journey. The gym offers a range of fitness facilities, personal training and group exercise classes, with a focus on creating a friendly, supportive and non-intimidating experience for its members.

As a Personal Trainer Apprentice, you will:

  • Support members on the gym floor and provide fitness guidance
  • Develop and deliver effective workout programmes
  • Support members to achieve their health and fitness goals
  • Build positive relationships with members
  • Support group exercise sessions, with training provided where required
  • Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming gym environment
  • Make outreach, prospect and member follow-up calls
  • Work towards daily and weekly sales and member engagement targets
  • Develop your knowledge of health, fitness and current industry practices
  • Provide a high standard of customer service
  • Work as part of the Energie Fitness team

On successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will have developed the skills and knowledge required to progress within the fitness industry, including opportunities to work as a qualified Personal Trainer. There may also be opportunities to progress within Energie Fitness, subject to business requirements and performance.
