About The Role
This new role will support our Renewables team with projects across onshore, solar, battery and other renewable technologies. This is a key role within the team, providing specialist civil engineering advice and technical expertise across a range of projects. The role will involve close collaboration with a broad group of stakeholders, including EirGrid, ESB Networks, internal project teams, Owner's Engineer teams, and equipment manufacturers. As this team is in growth phase, this role presents an exciting opportunity to join at the early stages of project development and plays a vital role in our contribution to the energy transition. It is anticipated that you will be initially site based 5 days per week.
About You
- Third level qualification in Civil Engineering or similar discipline and a minimum of 5+ post graduate experience in Civil Engineering
- Significant and proven experience in the development, design and delivery of large-scale construction or civil engineering projects
- Proven experience in using Autodesk AutoCAD / Civil 3D
- Experience managing multiple construction interfaces across linear road works and constrained live environments
- Demonstrable experience of preparing drawings, site sketches, designs and reports to project teams and management
