Contract Permanent - Full Time Working Hours 37 hours Monday to Friday Hybrid Working 3 days working from the office and 2 days working from home About the role Power NI and Energia, part of Energia Group, have an exciting opportunity for Customer Engagement Specialists in our Commercial and Residential teams based in Belfast, Antrim or Omagh. You will be the first point of contact for all queries from our Residential and Commercial customers, responding to and delivering a customer experience that is second to none. Working alongside some of the industrys best customer service advisors, you will contribute towards achieving business performance targets ensuring the Power NI and Energia brands continue to grow. The ideal candidates will be empathetic, caring, highly motivated, disciplined, and reliable with a focus on providing an amazing customer experience driven through natural conversations to achieve high customer satisfaction. For this role we are seeking enthusiastic customer-focused people who enjoy working within a team environment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work as part of a hybrid working team, be highly motivated with a focus on providing excellent customer service. Opportunities in the Power NI Residential Team are available in Antrim and Omagh and roles with the Energia Commercial Team will be based in Belfast or Omagh. About you 6 months customer service experience in a fast paced, target-driven environment. Excellent numerical, spoken, and written communication skills with the ability to listen effectively. Strong IT Skills with a good working knowledge of MS Office. A suitable, dedicated place to work at home (private and you won\'t get interrupted), with natural light, desk, chair, and an excellent broadband connection.
