Energia Group have an exciting opportunity for a PMO Analyst based in Belfast. Join Energia Group's Technology & Innovation team as a PMO Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving successful project delivery across a dynamic IT portfolio. This position supports the PMO Manager in ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement within the Project Management Office.
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in a project-based role, ideally within a structured delivery environment.
- Strong IT proficiency, with advanced skills across Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Planview.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in drafting, updating, and maintaining policy and procedural documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
