Energia Group have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant (PA) based in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate to utilise their skills within a dynamic corporate environment. You will be responsible for the provision of PA support to the Group's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and executive management team.
What you'll need:
- Extensive experience in a Personal Assistant role.
- Experience in providing administrative support to multiple staff at director level.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Strong IT skills and highly competent in the use of all Microsoft Office applications, with a particular emphasis on Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Operate with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to be flexible and adaptable in order to meet the needs of the role.
- Strong ability to use own initiative and work unsupervised.
