About the Role The Programme Test Lead will be responsible for defining, planning, governing and coordinating all testing activities across the Workday transformation programme. The role will provide end-to-end ownership of the testing lifecycle, ensuring that business processes, integrations, data migration, security and reporting are thoroughly validated and that the organisation is prepared for a successful go-live. Acting as the central point of coordination between the Programme Team, System Integrator, Workday, business stakeholders and third-party vendors, the Test Lead will provide independent assurance over solution quality, readiness and risk management. Ensure testing activities align to programme milestones and deployment plan BusinessEngagement&CoordinationCoordinatebusinessparticipationthroughouttestingphases. Facilitate test planning, defect triage and readiness workshops. Ensurebusinessprocessesarefullyrepresentedwithintestscenariosandscripts. SupportbusinessstakeholdersthroughUserAcceptanceTesting. Defect&QualityManagementEstablishandmanagedefectmanagementprocesses.Monitordefect resolution, testing progress and quality metrics. Escalatesignificanttestingrisks,issuesandqualityconcerns.Providerecommendationsonsolution readiness and acceptance. Go-LiveReadinessAssessoveralltestingcompletionagainstagreedacceptancecriteria. Supportdressrehearsals,cutoveractivitiesanddeploymentplanning. Provide testing sign-off recommendations and go-live readiness assessments.
