About the Role: We are seeking a Legal Executive to join our Corporate & Legal Teams. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-driven and enjoys supporting a wide range of corporate, legal and compliance activities. Over time, you will take ownership of your own workstreams and become a valued member of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
- Legal, Procurement and Data Protection
- Maintain and organise legal documents, contracts and key registers.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, presentations and liaison with external providers.
- Support policy drafting, data room creation, litigation preparation and reporting.
- Assist with procurement activities such as supply-chain mapping, spend analysis and webpage updates.
- Gather renewal data to support Group insurance policies.
- Support updates to the Group Assurance Framework and the Corporate Risk Register.
- Maintain and report on the risk action tracker.
- Assist with policy updates and online banking administration.
- Maintain subsidiary company records within the internal entity management system.
- Manage company files, minute books and information portals.
- Attend meetings and prepare agendas, minutes and action lists.
- Support electronic and wet-ink signing of documents.
- Organise and support the provision of responses to Know Your Customer requests.
- Provide administrative support including drafting, minute taking and file management.
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information responsibly and in line with GDPR.
- Support ad hoc tasks and develop awareness of compliance processes.
About You: Key Criteria - What You'll Need:
- Proven administrative experience in a similar role or environment with strong problem-solving skills and a calm, methodical approach.
- Flexible, collaborative attitude with a willingness to assist across the team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams) and document management.
- Ability to work independently with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Law degree or company secretarial qualification.
- Experience in a legal or regulatory environment.
