Contract: Fixed Term, Full Time 12 months. Working Hours: 37 hours - Monday to Friday. Hybrid Working: We currently operate a hybrid working policy with a mix of working from the office and home.

About the Role: We're looking for someone who is creative, proactive and confident, bringing ideas to life across social media and content creation. The successful candidate will be comfortable both behind the scenes creating content, analysing post performance data, and front-and-centre representing the brand on camera. Creative and full of ideas with a strong eye for engaging social-first content. Hands-on and enthusiastic about content creation, from filming and editing to recording voiceovers to supporting shoots. Highly organised with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Curious about social trends, platform updates and emerging content formats.
- Social media copywriting
- Scheduling social posts using content scheduling tools or native social platforms
- Creating graphics and videos using Canva, Photoshop or similar software
- Briefing agencies to design content
- Liaising with stakeholders to support a wide range of content being shared across our channels
- Deliver social projects and organic campaigns
- Assist with paid social ad management
- Assist with digital reporting
- Featuring in social media content, where required
About you: Key Criteria What You'll Need:
- Experience creating content for social media platforms, either professionally, through education, or personal projects.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce engaging, audience-focused copy.
- Basic experience monitoring and reporting on social media performance using platform analytics and insights tools.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.
Desirable Criteria - These help decide between those who meet all the above key criteria:
- Paid social media ad management experience
- Basic graphic design or video editing experience
- Experience with social media management or scheduling tools
