We are seeking a Legal Executive to join our Corporate & Legal Teams. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-driven and enjoys supporting a wide range of corporate, legal and compliance activities.
Legal, Procurement and Data Protection
- Maintain and organise legal documents, contracts and key registers.
- Support policy drafting, data room creation, litigation preparation and reporting.
- Assist with procurement activities such as supply-chain mapping, spend analysis and webpage updates.
Risk Management
- Gather renewal data to support Group insurance policies.
- Support updates to the Group Assurance Framework and the Corporate Risk Register.
- Maintain and report on the risk action tracker.
- Assist with policy updates and online banking administration.
- Support ad hoc tasks and develop awareness of compliance processes.
- Flexible, collaborative attitude with a willingness to assist across the team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams) and document management.
