Energyp People is a leading independent recruitment agency specialising in the construction and engineering markets. We provide staff for technical organisations on a permanent and contract basis. We are looking for trainee recruitment consultants to join our busy team.
Your role will be to build long‑lasting relationships with our clients and source high‑level qualified candidates matching our briefs. No previous recruitment experience is required; however, previous experience in telephone‑based sales roles will be looked upon favourably.
Qualifications- Strong educational background
- Ability and confidence to speak to candidates and clients at all varying levels
- Quick learner with the ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions
