We\’re looking for a Sustainability Design Consultant to join our growing team of experts who are committed to delivering innovative, low‐carbon, and high‐performance solutions across the built environment.

About the RoleAs a Sustainability Design Consultant, you\’ll work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to embed sustainability at the heart of building design. You\’ll contribute to a wide range of projects—from commercial developments and education campuses to healthcare facilities and residential schemes—helping to deliver measurable environmental and social value.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support sustainability strategies across all RIBA stages of design.

Deliver environmental assessments (e.g. BREEAM, WELL, LEED, HQM).

Provide guidance on net zero carbon, circular economy, and climate resilience.

Conduct energy modelling and performance analysis using tools such as IES VE or DesignBuilder.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate sustainability into MEP and architectural design.

Stay up to date with evolving legislation, policy, and best practice.

About You

A degree in sustainability, environmental design, engineering, architecture, or a related field.

Experience in delivering sustainability consultancy within the built environment.

Working knowledge of environmental assessment methods and building performance tools.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

A proactive mindset and a passion for driving positive change.
