Structural Engineer with 4–6 years' experience to join their growing Bristol office.

The Opportunity You'll become part of a collaborative team of experienced engineers and technicians, working closely with senior technical leaders on projects from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out structural analysis and design calculations for a range of building projects.
  • Produce technical designs and specifications using industry-standard software and engineering principles.
  • Utilise structural design packages such as

TEKLA Structural Designer, TEDDS , and other relevant software.

  • Prepare technical reports, calculations, and design documentation.
  • Attend client meetings, design team workshops, and site inspections as required.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other consultants to deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timescales and budgets.
  • Support and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and best practice.

About You

  • Degree qualified in
  • Civil or Structural Engineering

(BEng, MEng, or equivalent).

  • Approximately

4–6 years' post-graduate structural engineering experience within a UK consultancy environment.

  • Experience working on building structures across a variety of sectors.
  • Proficient in structural design software, including TEKLA Structural Designer and TEDDS.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and project teams.
  • Working towards Chartership or keen to progress towards professional accreditation.
