Are you a skilled Mechanical Engineer ready to take on a senior role with exciting responsibility and influence?

We’re looking for an experienced engineer who combines strong technical expertise with a problem-solving mindset, and who is keen to lead projects and mentor others.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the design and development of mechanical and public health systems using CAD software, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Carry out root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues in existing systems.
- Use Revit and IES for modelling, simulation, and analysis of mechanical designs.
- Produce and interpret schematics, ensuring accurate representation of system designs.
- Mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices in mechanical engineering.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree advantageous).
- Strong background in mechanical design, supported by a portfolio of successful projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software, with hands-on experience in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience using IESVE for thermal modelling.
- Solid understanding of mechanical principles, including materials science and thermodynamics.
- Proven problem-solving skills, particularly in root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and lead within a team.
