This innovative engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their team. Key Responsibilities:- Manage engineering projects and lead a small team to ensure timely and within budget delivery.
- Work across sectors including data centres, government, residential, commercial, pharmaceutical, workplace and educational.
- Produce high-quality engineering designs, calculations, and specifications using advanced technical software.
- Supervise and coordinate the production of technical drawings and reports.
- Mentor and develop less experienced staff, fostering their professional growth.
- Attend and actively participate in client and project meetings.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Ensure compliance with project management, QA, Environmental, and Health and Safety procedures.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Proven technical competence and experience in managing engineering projects.
- Strong ability to plan and programme work for yourself and others.

- Relevant experience working in a consultancy environment.
- Knowledge of Amtech and Dialux is desirable.
