They are looking for a Principal or Associate Public Health Engineer to join their team in either Bournemouth or Reading.

Bournemouth: A well-established office with over 45 years of expertise and strong local relationships.

As a senior member of the team, you’ll lead technical delivery, mentor junior engineers, and play a key role in client-facing activities. You’ll work on a variety of projects across commercial, residential, and mission-critical sectors, ensuring design solutions meet the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development of strategic concepts and technical delivery of public health design services
  • Managing client relationships and attending project meetings
  • Monitoring resources, fees, and project progress
  • Mentoring and supporting apprentices and graduates

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Proven experience as a Public Health Engineer delivering complex projects
  • Strong understanding of drainage services, rainwater, and domestic water systems
