You’ll bring solid experience in design and a strong understanding of building services installations. You’ll be part of a supportive team, working closely with clients and leading MEP projects from start to finish. You’ll have the chance to manage your own project teams, deliver high-quality design work, and make sure our clients always get the best service. We believe in helping people grow. What will you be doing?
- Leading MEP engineering teams on a range of projects
- Managing risk and demonstrating strong commercial awareness
- Acting as the lead engineer for electrical building services design (concept through to detail)
- Supervising and supporting others in the team
- Mentoring junior engineers and helping them develop
- Producing reports, drawings, and specifications for different RIBA design stages
- Using CAD and BIM (Revit) software to design innovative systems
- Collaborating with other professionals—structural engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors
- Attending project and technical meetings
- Making sure our designs and systems meet all legislative and health & safety requirements.
What are we looking for?
- Excellent project management skills
- A talent for building strong, long-term relationships
- Significant experience in electrical building services design (consultant or contractor background)
- A relevant degree or higher qualification (HNC/HND)
- Achieved or working towards IEng or CEng status
- Great communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Attention to detail and a real passion for delivering outstanding client care
