The Role
We’re on the hunt for a Quality Manager to join the growing project team. In this role, you’ll lead all quality assurance and governance activities across the project while ensuring works are delivered in line with client, regulatory, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project quality plans, procedures, and assurance processes
- Lead audits, inspections, surveillance activities, and quality reporting
- Manage non-conformance reporting (NCR) processes and ensure timely close-out
- Oversee inspection and test plans (ITPs), document control, and project certification
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learnt activities
- Mentor and develop Quality Engineers and wider project staff
- Collaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives
What You Bring
- Extensive experience within quality management on major construction, infrastructure, or civil engineering projects
- Strong understanding of quality assurance, governance, and compliance processes
- Experience managing audits, NCRs, ITPs, and project documentation systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
