Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for transforming office spaces from functional to fantastic? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic team in Farnborough!

This role involves working with a design and build interior fit-out contractor, handling a diverse range of projects. These include creating innovative office spaces, refurbishing existing premises, and designing and constructing secure, high-risk environments. You will also manage unique and complex projects across various sectors, crafting inspiring and creative spaces.

My client has extensive experience in designing and building a wide variety of spaces, from veterinary hospitals and medical facilities to bakeries, residential properties, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery to high specifications.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with expert contractors and sub-contractors to plan and execute tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, discussing timelines, changes, and additional costs.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain central project files, installation dates, and all relevant documents.
  • Site Preparation: Ensure sites are ready and accessible, with all necessary permits and licenses in place.
  • Quality Control: Address design and technical issues, oversee quality control, and ensure policy adherence.
  • Project Closure: Oversee the preparation of Health and Safety Files and O&M manuals for customer issue.
Qualifications:
  • SMSTS Certification
  • Willing to obtain SC Clearance
  • Proven experience in project management within the construction/ interiors sector
