Job Title: Operational Engineer Location: Bristol Salary £55,000 – £60,000 + Benefits We have an exciting opportunity for an Operational Engineer based in the Bristol or Birmingham office on a permanent basis covering a pipeline of work across the midlands and south-west regions. Due to exponential growth and a consistent workload, we are currently looking for a Senior Engineer (mechanical & electrical) to join our Operational Engineering team. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of this unique role and act as a key player to support the continues growth of this successful service. What makes this a great opportunity? Undertaking Dilapidation reports Producing pre-acquisition and disposal technical due diligence reports Carrying out planned preventative maintenance CAPEX reports. Management of projects and acting as project lead Input into innovation; continual improvement of services and products Supporting the wider teams providing technical support and maintenance management duties Meet target KPIs on WIP management including HIW Business Development and Client Care awarenessWhat you need Relevant engineering degree, inclusive of building services modules or equivalent education/practical experience Excellent report writing and communication skills are required and the ability to liaise professionally with clients and colleagues is essential Client facing with excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience within a consultancy or from an M&E project engineering background Flexible and willing to cover a variety of work and travel to site across regions Knowledgeable in statutory compliance, regulations and standards relating to operational/existing building services.
